President Obama has been Inagurated.

Now what?

What do all of you think?

My opinion? So far, although President Obama has been suprisingly even-handed in most of his Cabinet choices, there are a few that concern me as being "Eco-nuts" and the "Lifestyle Police" (think the Surgeon General appointee here). Not a good thing for civil liberties.

I also get the impression that this seeming "even-handedness" may be less out of "fairness" and more out of "seeking the path of least resistance" and "payback time" for the ones who got him elected (by hook, crook, or ACORN) to office. The path of a typical Illinois politician from the Chicago area, in other words.

On top of that, how long do you think it will be before these "red-diaper babies" politically correct, justice-seeking political activists who are only "concerned" about getting us all under their boot heels and licking their...<censored> our rights re-write history and make Former President Bush look like something that rose up out of Hell? After all, they need to blame someone for the Iraq War and the mess in the economy, neither of which magically disappeared at noon, January 20, 2009.

I suspect both situations will only get worse since all Obama's "rent-seeking" friends want is more money and more power, and Obama does not seem to be inclined to tell them "NO!" on either one.

In short, Heaven help us!
